     Two friars opened up a small florist shop to raise funds.

     All the competitors were worried. One rival, named Hugh,   

     threatened to trash their store if they didn't close up shop.

     Terrified, they did so. Thereby proving that ….

                  …..Hugh, and only Hugh, can prevent florist friars.

It may be an excuse, and may not. Either way, I hope that your weather gets better. It was suppose to rain here today, but the sun is coming out. I will take whatever sun I can get!!! I hope to be able to take a walk with Jasmine...

Good Morning Everyone,

Thanks for the smilers Joyce.
Thanks Karen and Trina for the advice. I've actually been cooped up either at work in the office or in my room home. Don't feel like I have the energy to get out. Wondering if I need a change in jobs. Yesterday I had to fly across to our twin island to conduct some training for work. I didn't feel so depressed but back at the office today and the feelings are back. My boss also told me that I've changed... I'll practice my DBT and hope it will pass soon.

UA, dark times always pass. It seems that they do not when we are in the mists of them, but they do.

Use your skills, you will get through this. Put that half smile on and one hour at a time if you have to.
