I have never ever met anyone like all of you in this wonderful forum to help me through my rough patch of depression and let me share  some advice to others in here I will help as much as I can also Thanks again Everyone :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-)   Alexis

I am so happy that you feel we have helped you. That is the goal here. Depression stinks, and it is always nice to feel not so quite alone. You are very helpful too. Give yourself a pat on the back...

You both want make me cry you have put a great big smile on my face you both are awesome people and I love this forum there are such great caring people and it if it weren't for you both sharing your wisdom and kindness and caring words where would I be right now I think still in that big black dark grey cloud I was on for months and months Thanks again Alexis

WOW, i only joined today, but your post makes me feel optimistic that i may find someone out there who knows exactley where i'm coming from , :-)

I just posted it today and yes there are alot of nice people here that will help you out just write what is ever on your mind and someone in the forum will  help you because  they did me :-) :-) :-) Alexis

I am very proud of the way you have grown in this forum, at first you stayed in your own thread, now you are creating more threads and answering others, interacting with over folks. Very healthy. Such growth.

You should be so proud of yourself for breaking that shell and moving on!!

I feel the same way to I really apperciate all the help and kindness and encouragement. I have grown alot in this forum I am also in the Gerd forum because I had a hernia operation last yr. Thanks again Trina. Alexis
