Hello, for a couple of years now (normally during summer break from school) I have been feeling extremely bored and unmotivated to do anything. However, there are a lot of things I would like to do, but just can't seem to find the energy or motivation to do them. I sleep more than I should and frequently become so bored that I will sleep throughout a good portion of the day, or do nothing but watch TV all day (a most unproductive activity I might add). I try to eat healthy but feel unmotivated to cook so I end up eating junk or something simple. I don't hate myself or my life, and although I prefer my own company, I won't blow anyone off if they invite me to do something and I don't have any depressing or suicidal thoughts, I just seem to lack the motivation or desire to do anything I would like to do. Because of that, I was wondering if this could be depression or something else because I am pretty sure this is not normally to be happening on a consistent basis (happens several days in a row, often in a single month and then stops and starts at random)?
