Well after all this time today I did it, I called and made a appointment with a shrink :) Now if I can just force myself out the door next week to actually go.. But ... Small steps right?

Thanks all, Well I won't find out for sure when my appointment is til morning as I am asking to see someone I have seen before but told them I would start with someone new if needed , so they are going to call me in the am to let me know who and when, but they did say it would be next week for sure. They are also going to work on a sliding scale with me and that will be great as that was a main worry about going to see anyone.

Carl your little cheer guys are so nice to see. I hope you are doing well tonight.

Just tell yourself you are worth the trouble and time to go, write it down 50times if you have to, just get out that door! You can do this!
