Hey Jeoch,
You know you aren't alone when you are here. Listen to your therapist, even if you just take a walk, it is a way to see people, and say hello. If you are lonely, it will help you. I walk around the block every day with my dog. I always see somebody to talk to.
You are going to break up with your boyfriend? That alone is depressing. But knowing that he is still going to be there for you must be of some comfort. Is this a mutual break up? Is it because he is going away?
It is a beautiful day here. I hope it is there too. I am glad that you are seeing a therapist. They really help a lot. See him/her as much as you feel you need. If you feel you need to talk, call them.
I understand how you don't want to smother your boyffiend. I am the same way. I keep a lot inside. But be honest. Work on things. Stay friends.
Keep posting, it does really help. We are all here for you. Sometimes the weekends are a little slower. But come Monday, everybody is back.
