Hi Display,
Ah, those nasty negative thoughts. Been a thorn in my side for awhile too. Karen has a great idea.
What I do is write down the negative thought in black ink. Then I challenge that with a realistic positive statement in Blue or red ink. Or use a highlighter
Soon you will be feeling better about yourself. Get out and walk, you know the drill, endorphines always make us feel better!
