Oh yes it is... Do you go to counseling? You can go to counselors that specialize in this. But if you can't get to a counselor to deal with it, just remember, the mind only allows you to remember what you can handle at that time. Eventually you learn to recognize it, deal with it, then put it behind you. It comes in time. Everybody's journey is unique to them. So everybody goes through different things. You could probably google it and find some coping mechanisms, or books on the matter. Try to relax with what you remember. See it for what it is. It is just a memory. Know that you will be able to handle it as it comes.
