Good morning - kinda late ....

The weather again .... is really choice here.

I wish Chartreux the best in results.

Our daily morning drive here though was uneventful - just one howl out of Giz and that was out of frustration of not seeing one dog in our drive. But ..... there's a new dog in town! Before we started our drive, I saw Giz pointing (almost like a hunting dog) quietly ... and then one long howl. Darn - there's a new yellow lab in the neighborhood now!

That helped the morning out a little.

Go in an hour for mri and it's hard not eating...getting something for the fear, just can't think of it, Battle in me is that I hope there is nothing and then I also hope that something shows up just for validation of this going on...hopefully will get results next Thursday...next tests will probably be a spinal tap...wish Auto Immune diseases we're easier to diagnosis...kinda in a big slump with all this...

I hate mri's. I am slightly claustraphobic. I had one on my shoulder so I didn't have to go in far. You will probably get valium or xanax for the mri.

Good morning everybody!!!

The medicine from the mri yesterday is still in my system and I'm kinda outa it still, and loopy...it did take some of the fear, but it sure lasted long enoungh I almost hit that panic button!...and very glad it's done.

Thanks Karen. Dad's okay, still at the hospital. We're hoping he'll get discharged next week.

Chartreux: Glad you were able to get through the MRI.

Gizzy'n me: Maybe you two can get get the ride tomorrow.

Hey Jamie and Karen, morning all!

Jamie so sorry about the seizure, happens when the pets get older. Humans have TIAS's pets have seizures, what can one do. We love them all the more til then end. Glad buttons is ok.

It is funny you made chick schnitzel and I made chicken cutlets on the same night!. Almost the same thing with out the sauce!

Cloudy here this am, I have therapy at 11am, John works 10a til close to night. Sounds like a quiet day on ativan. I know I am forecasting but my therapist is such a SPOON! Stirs my pot every week and all the stuff comes up from the bottom. AAARRRGGGHHH......therapy. Yes it is a good thing, but still.

Wow look at my little rant. Who knew. Thanks for listening.

Good morning all .....

   It's a chilly one here today ... and our morning drive was a little later than normal, but Giz was a happy camper ... he saw three dogs - and howled his head off! It's like I was touring a little wolf around the neighborhood today!

   Sorry to hear about the seizure jamiee. My Elkhounds (my last dog) last night 15-months ago had him with three seizures thru the night. He was a little over 15-years old, and I just held him during the brief seizures - he passed on the third one. At least Bear knew I was with him at the end. It still hurts though - even over a year later. Glad your experience had at least a fairly happy ending.

   On a brighter note - since I just saw baseball and football mentioned in a recent post ...... yesterday was the first day of camp for the Chicago Bears ... been a long drout! I am such a huge fan of theirs, that I named a dog Bear (a little over 16-years ago)! My how a dog can have an impact on your life ... and that ain't so bad!!!
