When you are like that are work; go to the ladies room and splash COLD water on your face and neck, run it over your wrists. The temp change will bring you down and out of your panic/anxiety and calm the cries.
Use slow breathing 1, 2 3 out 1 2 3 4 to naturally calm the body and bring you back to normal. Do this 3 or 4 times before returning to your work area.
Trick I used to use all the time! I don't work anymore, I use it when I am out and getting upset, works everytime!
