Advice on Wellbutrin xl

Been on 10 mg cipralex for 8 weeks, for depression and anxiety, went up to 12.5 ,10 days ago, almost lost my mind, came back to 10.

I would say a 20% improvement, not a lot after 9 weeks.

I intend to ask  for wellbutrin xl combined with the lexapro, because  I know that it works on other neuro-transmitters.

Any advice as to how much Wellbutrin xl to start with? The doctor is not a GP, not sure if she's familiar with that combo. As for side effects?
