SIS asked who, I told her, and she made a hissing noise and crossed two fingers in the sign of the cross. She is a social worker here in town....

Yikes. But he was the only one my current insurance (for one more month) takes....

This isn't good, is it?

Hey maybe sis is operating under false info. Go in with an open mind.

I just saw a new psych last week-just when I had given up on med professionals. He is so down to earth and interactive.

I hope you have a positive experience

SIS in law is active in mental health professionals here in town. She is very opinionated.

I was okay with him.

He upped my effexor and agreed that so far, I have been acting in my own best interests. Also told me where I can find the cheapest pharmacy, once my insurance ends next month.

Also Myself, you can contact the manufacturer of your medication. Some have coupons or give you free meds for a year.

www.needymeds.org is another option once you don't have insurance anymore.

He sounds good, Myself. That's great that helped you with a cheaper pharmacy.

When you work with these professionals you can see the worst of a person sometimes. I had to call a dr at 1 am for a resident that was doing very badly. He yelled at me to never call unless they are dying. All the residents say he's a great doctor. I just happened to catch his bad sign. It's possible your sister in law caught your doctor in a bad moment. I wouldn't worry about it because he seems very proactive about your mentall health.

Yep, once my insurance ends at the end of August, I will be on my own. My crohns meds are the worst, money-wise.
