ive for our rules. It in no way lessens what you went through.
I suggest that you make sure your therapist is trained specificly in TRAUMA and DBT skills they should help you through this. It will take time. Everyone is different so there is no telling how long this could take you.
I would also try art therapy to express emotions tied to the events of the deaths and what you went through. It is a great outlet. Let you therapist see your work. There are many types of art you can do, what strikes your fancy, painting, coloring, drawing, colage work, etc...

Hey HarleyChick,
I am so sorry for what you have been through. That must of been horrible. I am also sorry your family isn't showing you any support, but people deal with loss in different ways. Maybe they are in denial.
The important thing is to work on yourself now. I agree with Trina, find a therapist that deals with trauma and dbt skills. That will help you get through this. Possibly grief counseling.
