good news. i slept, finally!! went to bed very late. hit the pillow and was out in 5 minutes. i did have a big few days so that mught have helped also. so i slept for 5 hours straight. got up at 5am and for some strange reason i cooked up some hash browns. i wasn't hungry but i didn't know what i was doing. i ate them looked at the clock spun out and went back to bed for another 4 hours!! had a kip this afternoon as well. i feel much better and i am enjoying some tunes and a coffee.
it is amazing what insomnia does to your mind and body, equally amazing is what happens when you get a decent nights slrrp as well. i have done lots of jobs today and i hope to get some nice sleep again tonight; cross fingers, toes and everything ese. thanks for your care my dear hw buddies. much love to all.
