Help! 4wks on Lepraxo 20mg. It's not working!!

Hello everyone, I am new to this forum and don't quite know how it works. I started taking Lepraxo 20mg 4wks ago for depression and it does t seem to be working. I feel terrible, very low, poor appetite, no motivation and very very lonely and isolated. Is there still a chance it could work? Has anyone got any experience of this med working after 4wks? Help!
