I don't know what to do

I hope you are taking the needed steps to get tested and take care of yourself.

If not contact your doctor ASAP and talk to him/her bluntly and get the testing out of the way so you know what is what; and can move forward.

Testing definitely needs to happen. Until you know what's what it will be hard to plan for your future. Testing can take a while and that is normal.

Even if the testing comes back positive its not the end of the world. Medicine has come so far that people with hiv are now living longer and much healthier. You just need to be proactive about your health.
