Ok i have also posted this in the Anxiety and Panic fourm but it doesnt hurt to try here too. I have been reading on more CBT training and was wondering if anyone here as tried or is doing TEA ( thought error anlyss) (sp)? I just found out about it and was wondering how it works? If you have used it would you recommend it?
I know that lots of people use CBT for anxiety-panic but not sure about depression. Thank you for the help.
