BeRock you will be "well" irrespective of what psychiatrists says. Psychiatrists that told you that you can't get well are lieing. Until you don't believe you can get well, you won't.You will have to first believe it.
Don't take it as negative thing.Take it as a positive thing.I was in same position you are.I used to be depress and took everything negatively. But I was told this by someone "RESISTANCE MAKES YOU GROW".
Like when a bodybuilder lifts weight he is facing resistance (the weight he is lifting),it gives him pain BUT also it GROWS his body. When I understood this sentence it helped me change my life completely.I got from being depressed to being happy.I now see positive things in every difficulty whether mental or physical.today I believe I can do anything I want.
Start fighting your illness.Change your mindset. When I tried to change myself I observed something
1.We are what our environment is.
2.We forget to fight.
1.My room was always dark and dirty.I had friends who always were complaining about
something and were very ill-tempered.I changed this.I moved to other room which was brighter and started friendship with those people who will help me,encourage me and to make me laugh. Now they are me best friend (better than talking to psychiatrist).
Bought these two, this
adf.ly/bREyb and this
adf.ly/bREv4.These two resources were really helpful.I encourage you to try them atleast once.
2.To overcome this problem I got a bright wrist band with "RESISTANCE MAKES YOU GROW" written on it.It helped me to remember to keep fighting and be positive.
and last tip:always take an hour from day to read or listen to something motivational.Try to do it in morning.I got 3 videos and two ebooks on my cell phone.Whenever I feel low I listen to them.
Hope this help...
