Welcome to the depression forum. I feel that with the fatigue that I experience from my fibromyalgia. But I think depression does do that too. I have both...
The best thing you can do it try to move around. Go for a walk, do some stretching. Keep the muscles moving as much as possible. The rest will follow and you will have more energy. I don't know why it works that way but it does. And I know it is probably the last thing that you want to do. But it does help.
Drink a lot of water too. That helps all the way around. But do keep moving.
I am assuming that you feel tired. Because when I feel like that, it is fatigue. I could be wrong...
Either way, I hope that you feel better soon. Do keep posting, it does help.
