How is everyone doing sorry I have not been on in awhile been busy with lots of stuff But I miss all my my friends in healing well I have a fuernal tomorrow my friend from high school  passed away from Leukemia on March 5 and she was only 31 I have been devastated from this  so an early morning for me tomorrow up at 6 am and gone by 6:45am bus at 7 am up the mountain to meet my friend then we need to meet her brother then we are off to the service so its going to be a long day for me tomorrow I wish it was on better terms but its not :(  Miss you All Alexis

Hi Alexis,

I am sorry for the loss of your friend. I am glad you have come back. And I hope you feel better soon. It is so hard when we lose somebody that we care about so much.

Sometimes that is all we can do, and that is okay. Actually taking life one day at a time simplifies things and is a good thing.

Hi everyone,

Now I have been dealing with a migraine since last night because of my sinus are always stuffed up Allergy seaon is coming next month right till October so this really sucks Hope all is well Alexis

breathe some steam, or put some peppermint oil on your forehead or where ever it hurts. I do these two things and they really help. I keep a pan of water on our stove with peppermint oil in it too.
