I'm glad you're feeling a little better today. :)
Oh yes, those negative thoughts....they'd be in my mind for days and days and nights were the worst...eekk!...what I do now is stop myself, I literally say Stop!! and, if I'm sitting down, get up and get occupied with something else.
I find if I'm not doing something the thoughts start so I go for a walk, read, watch a movie etc.
There is a lot on my mind, this pain, Dr's etc so I tell myself I'm going to talk/think about it for up to 30 mins, one hour is too long then I have to stop because otherwise it consumes me.
I will say when Prozac did not agree with me at all, works very well for others but as we all know each person is different, I felt so foggy and had weird thoughts but that's just me.
Wish I could help you with how long meds start to work or if they should be changed, everyone is so different, did your Dr talk to you about that?
