What about the dark option?

And what about the dark option, you know what option is, when you doesn´t see the horizon, when you are desperate. when you cannot see options.

I know that I don´t should think in that...but I sometimes have thinking in ... in let me go ....in abandon everything (you know what I am talking about)

Please, Please go to the resource thread at the top of the forum and find a number that works for you and call it.

there are people out there that really cares and will talk to your until you feel better. Sometimes that is all we need.

We all get to the point where you are at, just reach out and get the help you need. No one really wants the option. I know.
