Hi All, Hope all is well.
EDITED POST: I mean I have stopped seeing my regular counsellor from now onwards, unless I decide to go and see a counsellor again. (though I do have an appointment with someone different, coming up, at the doctors)
I have finished counselling now, but I feel a bit insecure still.
I am looking forward to having a bit more time to spend with people, and doing things, like driving to the countryside, using my time not being there anymore, wisely. (although it is less than an hour a week, it means I am in a particular part of the city, at a particular time, therefore now I won't need to be at that part of the city at that time, so I could be out in the countryside or something)
It gives me abit of security to know that once a week, if I have issues and the oppotunity to talk with someone about them, I can, if I want to, but if the meeting has stopped, I could be a bit anxious, though I know I am more than capable.
The first port some people I've thought might suggest, is journalling. I don't want to honestly journal at the moment.
Would do other people find might be helpful after finishing counselling for example?
Thanks! HappyBean
