Went to my GP today

Hi guys
I went and saw my GP today. My appt was for 3 so being so late in the afternoon and being an hour and a half each way I am way over done. I am sore from fibro. Oh I am in such a bad mood devil I came in the doer and said to my husband, I can't even talk to u, I will just yell at u and it's not your fault. Got in bed. This is 6pm! Don't know if part of withdrawal or what. I hate when I feel like this cuz I feel so angry.

I'm glad you are recognizing the anger as a part of depression. That is half of the battle. Ooh p e you feel better soon.

Sorry you are having a rough time! Maybe a little nap or just some quiet time to relax will help bring the soreness and anger down.

Do you and your husband have a kind of understanding where you can tell him you need some space or time to chill and he will not take it personally? I see you did let him know you were angry--did he take it ok?

I think we all have those times when we are just pushed to our breaking point and we need some time to cool off. I hope you feel better and find some good ways to help you relax!

Yes my husband totally gets it. He has been with me through so many depressions and manic episodes that he is not hurt or sensitive when I have to be alone. We have been through far worse than this together. God sent him to me! :). Going down another 37.5mg today that is 108.5mg for a while. Then I can start the 10mg of prozac. This is all under GP direction as of yesterday. I don't want the depression to sneak in as the effexor is going out.
