So sorry you are having a rough time.
here are some suggestions for structure.
Book clubs, lists are posted at your local libraries
The Sun magazine has reading clubs
Support group for depression of another diag you might have
Take lessons of something you always wanted to do, such as Art, Music, Pottery Gardening, anything you think of.
Volunteer at something even if it is just one or two days a week
such as reading to the blind at a nursing home
