i started the day ok but now have sunk into a depression. I can't seem to believe my luck will get any better. I hate my job and don't know how I'm going to get through the day. I am going to try and just take one thing at a time. and maybe reach out to co-workers.
thanks for listening,
rich

Hi Rich,
Remember to use your skills, breathing, positive self talk. You know how good you are!
This day will end soon, and tomorrow will be better. You will make through.
Peace
Trina
