When not considering costs, there is a local favorite:
It's a Spanish Tappas - by the name of "La Tasca"
It was where I first had mussels - and they're magnificent there!
It is a place where Sangria is made in their basement - the fruit is great!
And, to me - it's a perfect dining experience for anywhere from 2 to 4!
It is where a 2-1/2 hour dinner is normal!
Scallops, sausages and cheeses .... oh my!
