Is this rash from my Effexor??

I have been taking Effexor XR (dose 225mg) for 10 years. Changed to generic when it became available 4 yrs ago ? I recently have developed an itchy, red, bumpy rash on trunk arms and upper legs. Dr. says maybe drug, maybe Effexor? No abnormal labs. I have allergic sensitivities to chemicals in products used on my skin. I use all "hypoallergenic" products. I don't want to stop the Effexor cause it still works for me. Has anyone had this problem? Should I switch to something else just in case? The rash is not going away with any treatment and I scratch till I bleed..Got to do something..Thank You

It started 2 weeks ago suddenly on my stomach and spread to my arms and legs. Not really any change...its still the same and itchy.

It's not poison ivy, i havent been out. the doc says its something thats been ingested. no other changes in diet etc. she says she has heard of rash with effexor but thats seems strange when ive been it so long.
