I took Cymbalta for many years and loved it. That's the name brand for what your consultant has switched you to. I had no bad side effects except for some low libido but I'll take low libido, even as a married woman, for peace of mind!

I just left my therapist and we talked about depersonalizations/detachment. I said my anxiety (or depression?), leave me feeling like a stranger in a familiar land. He liked that description. Has heard it described many times by MANY people over his 20 yrs of being a therapist but not like I described. He said he too gets it when things are "off" in his schedule. My friend who's had what we're having called it "twilight zone feeling."

I'm doing ok. Stayed busy today. I'm feeling that disconnected feeling this evening so I'm going to get busy and distract myself. Might take a bath! I see psych on Friday. I'll be sure to tell them. Probably switch AD's- and it figured I just filled 90 count 100mg Pristiq eyes

I meant the one you started for him. I thought you started one for him. I better make sure. I was just thinking it was falling down the page, and he might not see it.

This disconnected feeling might go away and just be something temporary. I hope anyway. I had another few rough days and it is again from pain medication. It seems to make me depresses. Oh well, so much for that idea...

Oh right, I did make a post for him but I figured this way was better to get his attention bc he'd receive an email notification. I'm not sure he reads through the main page. Sometimes I forget to bc busy replying to threads I get emails over lol.

Sorry you have had some rough days. Even when I wasn't struggling, I seemed to notice getting a bit low during season changes. Even winter to spring and I love spring.

Btw, I talked to Chele. She said she heard from AV last week and will email you tonight when she gets off work.

I forget some people only read threads that they get emails for. I guess because I don't get notifications. I just come to the general forum.

I am feeling a lot better. I have as the day goes by. That is why I know it is the medication. Because when I stop taking it, I start to feel better really quickly. I am glad for that. At least I do know there was no addiction going on. It just makes me depressed.

I hope AV is okay. I will be watching for an email...
