I am in the middle of med changes do to pain maintance and without the coping skills of mindfulness I would most likely be back in crisis again.

Medications only do about
80% of the work. We as patients have to do the rest to beat depression, bipolar and a slew of other mental illness's. The battle is ours. Who is ready to fight?
