BOOK CLUB: Being True to Life by David Richo

"Poetic Paths to Personal Growth"

David Richo is a psychotherapist and I have found his books very helpful.

In the contents alone you will find HOPE and want to start the book immeadiately. However, take your time, go through this one chapter by chapter, as you build knowledge and strength, the truth in you life becomes clearer and you become stronger in facing it.

Writing is a very healthy output for most people, I do hope that a lot of members join us for this one and share some of their work.

Oh, Trina, I am SO bad. I have the first two books, right by my bed, but have I started either? noooooooo

I do love to read, but it's in spurts. I hope after my daughter visits this weekend, I'll start the first book. Then the house will be clean, and I shouldn't have so many distractions--plus, I'll be too tired to do anything else! :)

I love this book. the exercises are peaceful and productive at the same time!

I also like the quotes from noteable people the author throws into the mix.

Very thoughtful material to ponder.
