I'd not heard of folic acid helping but mine has me on 5000 D3 (I tested low in April. My level was 20), fish oil, calcium, magnesium & a multi vitamin. I've heard they're better to take at night and with food.
I'll ask abt the folic acid. (Magnesium is important too for moods. My sister had me on that last year to help with my heavy, crampy periods & PMS).
