Me and my woes

Thank you so much Karen, I should get samples tomorrow, I just have to accept what is for now and I will be okay.

I am non confrontational typically, and spoke to her with total respect, yes I did hang up on her but only because I was not able to talk and cry at the same time

She is the passive aggressive type of nurse, and I am the type of person that would rather have you just tell me off than act like I am ignorant and don't get what you are doing, but that is her issue, I am quite sure if she continues treating people rudely she will be at least reprimanded.

I do understand they probably get calls all day from people that may need more help at the moment, but I still think my concerns should be considered real, and not minimized by a nurse.

Brenda- how'd today go? Inquiring minds want to know.

Thank you, I did go to my therapy session, which was really good actually we covered a lot, I explained to my therapist what happened and one of my goals for this week is to call the Office manager at the doctors office and let them know how the nurse made me feel, that I need to be assertive and not have someone else call for me.

My medicine situation is still not worked out, but the receptionist did give me two weeks of samples till it gets figured out.

So at least I have medicine, and I already had an appointment scheduled with my doctor for next week, so I will get to see him.

Oh wow Karen, so sorry to hear this.

I do believe messages sometimes are not relayed as they should.

I told my therapist that I don't want to believe my doctor at all dismissed my needs, and how much I care for him and did feel like he was very disappointed in me my last visit, she said he sees patients all the time that have issues with medications, it is his job and specialty to work with me till I get the correct one, that I am not to blame that my body has issues with medication, she also said I am too quick to put the blame on myself, not that she wants me to blame others, but this is something I can't control how my body reacts to medication. I guess sometimes it is just nice to hear someone say, it's not your fault, you did nothing wrong. I am incredibly quick to put the blame on me that I failed in some way, and this is something we are going to work on, not that I am going to start blaming the world for my issues but some things are out of our control.
