I consider myself the "Zoloft Queen", I haven't received my tiara yet but I'm sure it is in the mail.
Whenever my Zoloft was increased I did have some issues at first, but they subsided in time, quite frankly this was the best medication I have ever been on, but I did become very shaky when it was increased past 100 mg's and it didn't go away, even though I needed the increase because the effectiveness was decreasing, my body couldn't handle that much.
I am on a new medication now, and I can tell you tonight my head feels very weird "on and off" too. I don't feel increased depression though, I actually feel somewhat better.
I would definitely talk to your doctor or his nurse if it gets worse, just to see if it is in the norm. Everyone's body does react different, and it may be completely normal to feel this way, but I have a serious anxiety disorder so I need reassurance that what I am feeling is normal.
