I respect the moderators decision to lock any thread, I also understand that some of us are more sensitive about
certain issues than others, that's why personally I don't read every question, quote or comment posted. If I see it doesn't help me, I immediately move on, or if I find I can't help someone with my own experience I move on.
As with any discussion people pick and chose who they will comment to any way, as much as I wanted to make a comment on a locked thread the other day, I chose to remain silent because it was just plain ignorant, and the person that exclusively commented to this person said more than I could have said in a week, and I personally was glad to see what he wrote, but that was my opinion.
I believe any thing can be a trigger, people have to set their own boundaries and only they know their triggers, if you can't read about
the effects and physical feelings you get from anxiety. move to another topic, but for those of us that can benefit from it, we should be able to understand we are not alone, and yet be empathetic to others.
If one thing starts triggering people, than every thing will eventually be censored and then the forum would be come little to no use to those of us that need it.
This is just my humble opinion, not directed at any one, we as adults need to be able to censor the topics that may not help us by scrolling by, just a thought.
