Effexor - How Long do effects last if you miss a couple of doses?

Hi Everyone -
I'm new to the forum, and am very thankful I came across it. I have been on 75mg of Effexor 2x per day for about 4-1/2 months (depression, anxiety and social anxiety). Because of a prescription snafu, I missed two doses (this was 4 days ago). I didn't take me long to start feeling the weight of my depression crashing back. I was fortunate enough to have missed only two doses, but am still feeling like I cannot drag myself out of that black hole.

Up until those missed doses, it has been wonderful being on an even keel for the first time in a very, very long time.

Does anyone know how long it will take for this to clear?

It can be unpleasant, but it is temporary. Just breathe, and persevere.
