Hello all!!! I am kind of late for good morning... But it is still kind of like morning. The sun is just getting up over the trees. Days are getting shorter. Which means depression will try to sneak up on us. Do take some vitamin D3... It really helps with that.

I burn candles too. I have a good one for fall that I got at Bath and Body Works... It is called "Warm Caramel Cider". It is a baby candle. Little. I got it for free. I love freebies... And I love candles and incense.

I get my body crème there. I got buy two get one free on the True Blue Shea Cashmere Body Cream. Plus I had 20% off and a free candle... Not bad at all... I get my body wash when it is Buy so many and get some free. I look for it when it goes down to 3 or 4 dollars a bottle. I love the different scents. I have so many opened ones that I might mix some together and see what I get. I need winter scents now. I just opened Butterfly Flower and I have one unopen called Wild Jasmine. I like Twilight Woods for the winter. I have some exotic coconut too. I think I have six open right now. Oh well, there is room in the shower for at least four. Ha!!! I just love their stuff. Especially the candles. I have to get a big one, though I do have some fall and Christmas smells from last year. I like Woodwick too...

Karen- I have candles but my fav one is called Ocean nist and only Walmart carries it so when I have an extra 8 or 10 dollars I try to get the biggest one so it will last.

Well some of you know what going on but for those that dont here it is in a nutshell.

Got my insurance back and we to the doc. Hurt right foot was very bad. Will go to my doc on the 16th for xrays. On Thursday my grandpa passed away he was 81 yrs old. Friday night I hurt my right hand and Saturday I hurt my left leg. Here it is Monday and my foot, hand and leg feel good, but I have a sinus headache that wont go away and I have not had a bowel movement that has been worth a darn. So i have taken pills to take care of that. I have gotten twin beds for my son and I and this has been working out very well.

Well that is all for now, we burry grandpa Friday so I will be in and out this week.

Hi Jessica...Sorry you lost your Gramps. That's hard. I have sweet memories, as I thought my Gramps walked on water=)

Have you tried Magnesium Citrate over crushed ice? It's OTC, inexpensive and guaranteed to give relief of constipation. I don't think I recommend it tonight, maybe early morning?

Jess-I am so sorry to hear of grandfather. Loss happens to us all.

Jan-The sweeter candles give me headaches. Floral scents especially. But I love the natural scented ones, mostly. Herbal, fruit, etc. My ritual is lighting a candle Sunday afternoons during the 4:30 games, as the sun begins to set. It's a way of holding off the sadness of Sunday nights. Let's hope the Cleveland Clinic has some answers for you. Or at least some avenues of inquiry.

Doing applications today. Need to trot over to pick up wellbutrin, and fill my tank with gas. I stopped by yesterday afternoon to pick up meds, but wellbutrin hadn't come in yet. So, I need to wait for it, and will miss today's dosage.

Still a good bit anxious, but trying to breathe through it and having moderate success. It's better to deal with whatever crops up, than to waste the worry prematurely over a might-be.

Tried an interesting recipe yesterday. A few weeks ago, I made a red lentil/quinoa paddy in a frying pan, spiced rather middle eastern and usually made with rice and lentils. BF wondered if it would work as a waffle. So we tried on the waffle iron with an Indian spice but it didn't have enough starch, which it might have with rice (which we try not to eat). Next time, we will give it a try with egg, that might help hold the waffle together.

Even though it was a pile o' mush, with a garam masala sauce over the top, it was pretty good. We try to do Meatless Mondays weekly.

Good morning/afternoon ......

   Thanks everyone for the kind thoughts. I was so surprised that you tracked me down Sally - to the depression Forum. Hope you and Ted both have some positive things to look forward to. I'll write on the PC Forum in a few minutes.

   Everything is a gray matter here lately .... very exhausted ..... lucky if I get an hours worth ofproductive things done daily. The cancer is doing me in - but right now, it's my non-eating that is a daily challenge.

   Have a support group tomorrow i hope to go to and then on Friday, a meeting with my Oncologist.

   Gizmo is staying really close to me .... he knows something is wrong.

   I'll be making a call this afternoon - to cancel my surgery .... too weak. And hope to make some calls to some house cleaning services.

   Tired ..... better go.
