co pays and discounts

I got a manufacturer's coupon for my med. Can it be applied to copays or just the retail cost without the copay?

I am not sure, maybe if you called the pharmacy you could find out. Often when you have insurance, you don't get in on the sales, coupons and deals. Bummer. But yes, call the pharmacy and ask...
