I think all of us who struggle with this angst and darkness want to be validated, not judged or pitied. All we can do is our best to be a kind, loving and productive HUMAN being in today's society of physical "detachment". That, I'm afraid is only going to get worse. It's up to us to reach out for professional help (therapy/meds) that allows us to function and thereby focus not so much on our sadness. I hope you will find answers, SG.
