Good morning all. I couldn't sleep. But now ready to go back to bed. I take acyclovir for cold sores. It works good. In fact with winter coming, I need to ask the doc for more. I get the cold sores easy. I use o take L-lysine for them, preventive.

I am tired and no feeling too well so I am gonna make it snappy.

HT- I smoked a lot today, feeling badly for it. Thanks for being on my side. ThisI know will not be easy but I will be just fine.

Myself- Yucky strep already? Man winter hasn't even started and people are already starting to become sick. I hope you feel better soon hun.

No patch doc said. Just quit, so I am. I also need to drink more water, so I am having a glass now. I am going to be cranky but I will be better. I fractured my foot so I have to wear the wrap they put it in for 3 week and go back to see how it is healing otherwise I will be in a cast from toes to knee for 8 to 12 weeks. I also have to walk 2 times a day everyday for exercise. So things are going to pick up for me again.


ROB- I pray you are okay my friend. I miss you.

I am starting to really get worried about Rob. Its not like him to not post somewhere. Rob I am praying for you sweetie. I am hoping and praying for AVE also. So many hard times with everyone.

Extra tired tonight. Didn't do too much today but still tired. I put my van up for sale and I think that I may have a buyer already. Yay! I also found a little car that I like, so if all goes right I will have a little car and that will be better for my son and I. I will still miss my van though. Lol she is a good van just way too big for us. Well I am going to crash. More tomorrow.

Good morning All!!

Many, many hugs and love to all of our members. It always makes me concerned when the forum slows down. I pray it's because my friends are doing ok. But, I know with me, my depression makes me retreat and hide.

Karen- I have not heard anything from our friend. I did text and will try again today. I miss you! Good luck at your appt. The Trazodone really does work for me but I sleep ten hours or so. But heck, that's what I need to do. I already have it by my bedside to take tonight.

My dear sweet Rob, my thoughts and love are with you. You have touched my life in so many ways and have been such an inspiration to me. To borrow HT line, I'm sending every ounce of healing love and thoughts your way!!

As some of you know, I've really been struggling lately. It's mainly situational depression but with me, it can easily slip into my true depression. So, I'm fighting.

It's due to stress and lack of sleep and darn hormones!! My back has been killing me the last two days (Lisa, like before). Each day I've considered going to the hospital. Well this morning, the culprit was discovered- aunt flow. This is the only time I hurt this severely. Yesterday I took 6 muscle relaxers and nothing!!!! I've got my icy hot, my pillow and my heating pad by the door for today. I'd take a day off but I have three training days in the next two weeks- can't be away from my babies that much!!

Well, bath time. Ten hours until I can come home and lay down.

I am concerned as well, about both Rob and AV. Poor folks. Let's hope all is well. Sometimes, life is kinda hard to duck.

Today is fair day here, and so there is no school. I am doing laundry *woohoo*. It's actually a gorgeous day to go to the county fair, and I hope the kids have a terrific time.
