cheers guys. sleep is still non existent,still wrecked but still amazingly pushing. water works are still cruel, booo. been getting dizzy last few days and feeling like i am going to black out. especially when turning side to side in bed. it is vertigo city. i guess i will go for a walk. got washing to hang out, my sis will not be happy as i hand washed. washer still broken. sun is out very warm though. i hope all is well. see ya all soon. healing thoughts to all.

Hey, are you drinking enough water, that can cause a lower in BP also especially on BP meds. this happened to me. I went down low!

Sorry to hear about your washer. Bummer. Hate when that happens. Back to pioneer days.

ahhhhhhhh. too many issues on the forums nowadays. it's almost political. the stink of gender bashing and me actually highlighting a lovely sample has caused a stir in the woods. oh no, jamie has upset the apple cart, sweet passive turtle??? well turtles have claws too!! so i said my peace this morning. and a member on bi-polar is trying to run the show and telling people off after 41 posts, fair dinkum!!! where is the respect??? heck - relationship issues should be banned from healing well. it is all good to heal and vent but to turn it into a circus, well. he / she!! no good, never. etc. etc. sorry for ranting but after nearly 6 years and 13, 000 posts i think i can. people remember your dear moderators!!!!!!!!!! love them to bits.
