recently I've been awake for 30+ hours, then crash or sleep like 7am-3pm. This is not good for one with depression, and no night job....
I have tried EVERY sleep med I know of. Trazadone, Remeron, seraquil, and some others all cause me to have HORRIBLE restless legs. I get sleepy, but then I up all night kicking and taking baths.
I've tried Ambien, Lunesta, Diazepam, clonzepam, restoril, and even someone(Chloral Hydrate!)-the CH worked but no body will prescribe that anymore.
I;ve also used melatonin, essential oils(they calm me but no sleep), benadryl, and i know i'm forgetting many.

When a sleep study is suggested they say i actually have to sleep, so what if its a night that i don't sleep?
I really want to sleep at night again and gain my life back.
Ideas?
