dear trina. just in case you miss my post in the daily i just want to reiterate that you are a member first and have the right to seek support and post like the rest of us. we are here for you. you guys, both you and karen do an amazing job, you work so hard on us, behind the scenes, resourcing, e-mailing vulnerable members, keeping the forum operational etc. you guys give your time, not just this you give your heart. please know that i speak for us all and say that we love you and care about you. i am always here for you guys. we all are.

Such a nice post Jamie. For some reason as a moderator, I have found it hard to ask for help. Maybe Trina goes through the same thing. I think it is from having to stay so strong. But when I finally did, it was a burden lifted. Feeling back human again. Thank all of you for your continued support. I am sure Trina feels the same way. I hope we all have a good day today!!!

Seeing my therapist this am.

Hopefully I can break through this crust of overwhelming sadness and isolation by events. I have been here before, never this bad.

Your support means a lot.

I realized last night, talking to my husband that what I am seeking most likely what I won't receive. People with my extreme abuse do not talk about it, rarely seek help. Are usually drug addicts and alcoholics or home bound and can not get out of the house.
I can understand this. All are very tempting at times.

So I just must push on one day at a time and try to keep my Faith in myself.

Thanks Karen, therapy went pretty well. I am a soggy mess.
Bright side, there are folks comparable to me, some that he has seen, he does not think they will talk outside of private therapy though. At least I asked for a resource.

Back to one day at a time. Old movies this afternoon with Gooseman on my lap.

I wanted to say you are so special here and it's ok to ask us for support when you need it. It makes us as readers feel good when we can help you guys as moderators too so never ever think of it as letting anyone down.

Post when you can during your struggle. We're all ready and willing to give you the support to carry you through this curve in the road. CheleL said a while back "we will carry you until you can walk again." That is what we are all here to do for each other & especially our moderators. We love & respect you all.

I want to thank everyone for supporting me over the last week or so. It was a rough dark place, but I am coming out on the other side now.

HW definately was an anchor. I did not have this family 4 yrs ago when my blood family shunned me. However, I feel true love and warm from this forum and my friends now.

Cloudy rainy and poo yuck outside. Must get to the post office today, post due bills.

Dry cleaner for Johns Chef jackets.

Forcing myself to drive 4 extra mils down the road to a Goodwill shop that is the local book outlet. 5,000 in stock usually. Will give myself a good browse and perhaps get rid of some of this darkness trailing along like thick cigarrette smoke!
