deep n meaningful

i am, so that is a start. acknowledgment is everything. i am beyond happy, i am tickled pink, but like others have mentioned i am so much better but i am still depressed. pain of the past, that always creeps in, anxiety creeps in and then the body screams in. all together you get a complex meld that we call nowadays 'life'. you got to love it. i mean my shrink said to me a year or so ago, after i said i am so much better when does it go........rude awakening, you have topped out. sadly i am a quarter of the way there mentally-but he said this may just be your mark. i was a little bummed but understood the reality of it. i mean even for a hack buddhist like myself i see that this is a process of learning and creating meaningful harmony to my life. i have my dear fiance in my life, we are far but so close. i yearn to be there everyday, and i know that i will. having her love and warmth gives me renewed breath and hope to my existence. as each day evolves, so do i. as each day leaves i bless the sky. i move forwards everyday. my rainbow awaits me to take me there to be together, albeit she is always with me and i her. cry the tears does the gentle winds, savage the beast with love, be open, be one. one day as it comes, tomorrow is there, yesterday has gone, be mindful for today, be blessed and dance in the rain.
