depression taking over my life

Hi Friends,
After being in crisis i am back after a while and feel drained as life's crisis taken all energy from me ,now i am filled in anxiety and more depressed than before ,any suggestions !

how to help myself from this situation and why some ppl are more depressed than others ~

I have been thinking of you. Did you go to the hospital or crisis at home?

When do you see your doctor next? You've been on your antidepressant for long enough that you'd know if was working. Please call your doctor. They can try and add something to speed up getting out of this depression.

I know your home life is very stressful right now- is your husband getting help?

Please call your doctor. I think you need meds adjusted. This struggle will get better I promise but you need to let your doctor know how you are feeling.

I'm praying for you friend. You are very special and important here ♥️

Cilly please call your Dr on Monday to get an urgent appt. They have medication they can add. Abilify is a helper med & works fast.

I know meds aren't cure-alls but they help a lot when they work.

Is your husband getting treatment??
