you are not alone in this feeling of emptiness. So many of us experience it from time to time, it is part of the depression roller coaster ride.
You can make this ride smoother by using 'coping skills' along with the medication.

My go to skills are, mindfulness, meditation, walking, painting, journaling and crocheting. I also have 3 dogs to play, talk and cuddle with when hubby is not home. In the summer I garden.
