It's hard when you feel like no one understands

Hey there,
It's hard when you feel like no one understands.

I am a 24 year old female and I have dealt with anxiety and depression since I was a young child. The disorders run in my family but out of my mother sister and Me I ended up getting the worst of it. It started in grade school when I couldn't leave my mom's side. I remember being terrified to leave her side and well my problems just got worse from there. doctors started me on medications I have been on so many types of medication I don't recall them all.
As a teenager I always searched for acceptance and that got me into a lot of trouble I started smoking at 11 and tried pot at 12.

My life got worse when I entered high school I was bullied out of school by a group of more then 15 people. It was one of the most terrifying times in my life I had uncontrolled panic attacks and severe depression. I found myself doing harder drugs to try and help cope with my panic attacks. Instead everything. Got.worse I managed after a year to quit cold turkey and since then I have been working with a therapist and my doctors and I have found a balance in medications and in my life. I also found a loving boyfriend.

I wanted to come read these for support, because I still have dark days.
