Feeling pretty down today. I have a lot to take care of tomorrow and just thinking of it overwhelms me. I'm feeling helpless, hopeless and worthless right now. I need a hug. :(

Anytime! Just try not to get all worked up about something that hasn't even happened. My Grand Daddy always said don't borrow trouble.

I agree, tomorrow will take care of itself. And if you continue to worry, you will be tired and not handle it as well. Stay in the moment...

I like that saying "don't borrow trouble", I will remember that. I actually decided to get a head start on tomorrow and did some of my paperwork I needed to do this evening. So.. hopefully tomorrow will go easier.

good stuff chris. i did some stuff yesterday that has needed doing for ages, more to do, but i looked at my hw signature 'just do it' and said yep. love the saying daesin, very apt.

feel beyond depression, life just exhausts me ... so much physical suffering for so long. fell in snow, was cursed out by a woman at the grocery store, etc, etc. I think my stomach went into knots yesterday from the horror of the grocery store incident. tired to get out another day and everything is just sloppy and hard to walk in the slush and coffee/gas mart filthy dirty.

Trina.. I was on the phone for about two hours. Half hour with the first one and then we did a conference call to my mortgage company but the counselor that was on the phone with me that was supposed to work with them got disconnected. So I had to try and talk my way through the situation. I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to save my home... but I'm trying. The good news is... I got my meds filled at a low cost! It didn't go through the route it was supposed to go...long story.. but I got my meds.. ALL OF THEM!!! Inhaler and all! :)
