Keaz, I'm so sorry that you're going through this. If you are feeling bad and considering doing something that you can't come back from, then you need to get in and have an assessment, but if you are managing with your feelings, then perhaps you can access a therapist to see either daily or a couple times a week until you stabilize. I'm not sure how the system works in the U.S, but it's not that simple in Canada.
When I switched from celexa to sertraline, I felt way worse, but I didn't give the sertraline enough time.
Please remember that you are not alone, and many (myself included) have and are in your shoes.
We are here to support you with whatever decision you make.
I have been on the med merry go round and still not myself, so I know how hard this is.
Think of Brendaboo, and her struggles and how much better she is now. You can and will get better, meds or no meds, this will pass.
I sincerely hope that whatever you decide, that it works out for you.
