I heard somewhere "Think about what you are thinking about." I guess this is considered along the lines of 'mindfulness'. If I am focusing on all the negative in my life, I will feel more negative. It's really hard on those days when I am not grateful to be alive. It's hard on those days when I have a lot of physical pain. That's one of the main reasons I come here. To see, with my own two eyes that I am not alone, and, sorry to say, to see that some are worse off than me, for that day. So, keep on posting, please!
