I read your update in the daily updates and hope you don't mind me trying to help.
It's always hard going to a doctor, but you can make it more successful. First come up with one or two main topic you wish to discuss. Then you write those down. From there you chose a few questions and then if you can you read out loud what you wrote to get more relaxed. make sure you type up you topic (or topics) along with questions and have that in your car/purse or bag the night before your appointment.
Then make a working copy for you and then practice in the mirror in your bathroom...
These steps should help and make you more comfortable at your doctor's appointment. I also get jitter's before appointments and find listing my question much more easier and then I know the major point get discussed and that makes an appointment so much more rewarding, because it's your appointment...
Really hope this helps and wanted to wish you well for your doctor's appointments...You can do it and have a good outcome...
